  • Carolina Nights Dinner Theater -  You start with dinner - going through a cafeteria line to chose an entre, beverage and dessert - then leisurely enjoy your dinner accompanied by pre-show entertainment. Three shows are offered, scheduled for different days of the week (see their schedule)with a fourth, special show during the Christmas season.   • Haywood Community Band - (phone 452-7530 for information).

  • Piano Series Concerts - a series of concerts throughout the year at the Waynesville Performing Arts Center. Talent ranges from local performers to international touring stars. For more information and current schedule phone the Haywood County Arts Council at 452-0593.

  • Sunday Concert Series - a concert series held on the third Sunday of every month (except in July & December) at 3p in the Waynesville Public Library Auditorium. Features some of the region’s (& sometimes the world’s) leading performers. A small, intimate acoustic setting which is free to the public.   • Swannanoa Chamber Music Festival - The Swannanoa Chamber Music is a world-class summer chamber music concert series held in many cities. The musicians, basically a repertory group performing a variety of chamber music works and occasionally bringing in guests, are in residency at Warren Wilson College in Swannanoa NC.   • Mountain Street Dances - Held every couple Friday evenings in June through August in front of the Haywood County Courthouse in downtown Waynesville.

  • Razzle Dazzle Children’s Arts Festival - an annual spring arts festival for children - a fun filled day of arts activities & entertainment for children of all ages.
